REORDERS

For most of the orders, there is no discount when reordering. Since most of the jobs are direct and don’t require a negative, all future orders require to resend the files. We will perform the same procedures as we did with the original order, to be able to complete your new order.
Books are an exception. Negatives are used to produce our books, therefore, printing without changes, or with very few, will have a discount in the price for you. You may call us or email us in order to obtain a precise quote for the job and the discount.

DOCUMENTS

We require a high-resolution PDF ready to print, appropriately prepared, in order to print your order. Often times, we are able to use software files, but that may incur in additional charges.
We won’t know it until we check the file. If there is any problem with your files, you will be notified before we proceed with your order.
Usually, the files that we can successfully use, are created with Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw. Other files that we frequently receive but may have mixed results are Word and Publisher.
If your files are not ready to print, we may have the ability to make corrections. We charge $25 per hour. You will receive a quote, and we will only proceed if you approve it.

CORRECTIONS

Any changes to your electronic file and/or as a response to the changes indicated in your voucher, will be charged at $25 per hour, at a minimum of $10. This includes image replacement, size change or repositioning, and making changes or modifications in the text. If you make changes in the file by yourself, and send us a new file with your corrections, there will be a charge of $25. We will revise your file before starting, and you will be notified about the modifications in order to obtain your approval before proceeding with the job.
When presenting your order, your credit card will be charged $25. This charge is not refundable, apart from exceptional cases, if we cannot comply with your specifications or print your project.
